How completion works

Pass the practice question in every lesson first, then submit four assessment sets in order. Each set has 10 distinct questions. Submit all four sets and score at least 60% overall (24 correct answers out of 40). Set scores combine; there is no minimum score per set. Your best submitted score per set is retained on retakes. It is open-book and must be your own work. This automated assessment checks course understanding; it does not independently verify identity or workplace competence.

Each set attempt has its own 15-minute window. Starting an attempt counts even if you abandon it. Wait 15 minutes from the start before a retake; after every third attempt of the same set wait 24 hours. Your best submitted set scores stay saved. A live attempt can be resumed. Retakes and learning remain free.

About this course

Create findable knowledge articles with clear ownership, useful examples and a practical review cycle. This course is designed for office teams organising reusable internal guidance.

The five lessons move through identify real repeat questions, write a task-centred article, organise for retrieval, assign ownership and review triggers, test usefulness with users. Each explains two practical decisions and includes a worked example, a private activity and a comprehension check. Your project is to build a fictional three-article knowledge base. Use the examples to practise explaining a choice, noticing a mistake and improving the result rather than just memorising definitions. All lessons and assessments are free; the optional Certificate of Completion price is shown before enrolment. The course does not award an NQF qualification or professional registration.

A practical example

A colleague finds the guide quickly but cannot identify which reference is required. The team adds a fictional example and tests again rather than celebrating the view count. Try a second fictional version with one missing input or changed condition. Explain which check detects the issue, what you would change and what evidence would support the revised result. Keep personal information out of the exercise and compare your reasoning with the lesson before completing the practice question.

Try your own fictional version, then enrol to work through the lessons, practice and assessments. Use this unmarked example to explore the skill before working through the course activities.
