About Bright Step Learning

Bright Step Learning helps adults practise useful everyday skills through short, original lessons. We cover email, CV writing, study skills, time management, communication, customer service, job interviews, digital safety, business records, problem solving, goals, teamwork and word processing, using examples relevant to South African life.

All learning and assessments are free. Email Basics, CV Writing Essentials and Study Skills include free Certificates of Completion. Other courses offer optional paid certificates after passing all four assessment sets. The price is displayed on each course page before enrolment. You can keep your completion record without buying anything.

We are an independent platform. Our courses are non-accredited and non-credit-bearing. We do not claim government endorsement or recognised qualification status.
