Do not spam, mislead, promise employment, imply accreditation or claim an NQF qualification. Disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing: “Affiliate link: I may earn 10% on eligible certificate purchases, at no extra cost to you.”
Eligible referrals
The visitor chooses whether to accept referral tracking. On acceptance, a random referral ticket is stored on that device for up to 30 days. A verified learner must attach it before their first checkout. The first accepted account referral is fixed and expires 30 days after ticket creation; logging in or clicking again does not renew it. Existing accounts with no checkout can qualify. Existing purchases and checkouts cannot be attributed retroactively. Cross-device attribution requires the referral to have been attached to the account. Private browsing, cleared storage or declined tracking can prevent attribution.
Commission
Earn 10% of the actual gross certificate amount in ZAR, rounded to the nearest cent, on verified eligible purchases paid before that referral expires. Examples: R49 → R4.90; R99 → R9.90; R149 → R14.90. Free certificates, R60 confirmation letters, self-purchases and a creator’s purchases of or referrals to their own course are excluded. The learner pays no extra. The creator’s existing 60% share stays intact; affiliate commission is paid from the platform share. Commissions start with this release, not earlier purchases.
Review and payment
Verified earnings have a 14-day hold. Refunds reverse commission. If commission was already paid, the resulting negative balance offsets future available earnings. Contact support to arrange payout review and verified payment details through an appropriate private route. This version does not automatically send money or promise a payout date. Admin records an external transfer after it actually completes. There is no joining charge or recruitment payment. Applicable tax reporting and payout arrangements must be confirmed with support. Suspected abuse can lead to suspension and review; suspension stops new eligible attribution and accrual. Contact support to query a decision or request an account review.
Privacy
Referrers see course/payment references, commission status and amounts, not learner names, email addresses, scores or bank details. Admin can access affiliate account email, status, earnings and external payout proof. No card details or bank credentials should be placed in a referral link or payout reference. Clearing device storage removes an unclaimed local ticket but does not remove an already attached server record. Contact support for privacy requests; necessary transaction and audit records may need retention. Do not send bulk unsolicited messages or share another person’s private information.
